Postage and Delivery
All Wild Links products can be shipped to most countries world-wide. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please email sales@wildlinks.com.au for confirmation. Any applicable import taxes are the responsibility of the importer (you).
Items are usually shipped with 2 business days. Shipping times are indicative only and all shipping services are sent with Australia Post. Shipping is a flat rate per order irrespective of the number of items ordered (unless processing a bulk order) and is based on your location (Australia or International) and the service required (express or standard). Please allow up to 1 week to pack your order during sale times.
Free express shipping is available for orders within Australia only. Orders are posted when all stock is available to fulfil an order.
Australia Wide Shipping Options for WEB ORDERS
- Next business day
- Express Post - $10.55 (not available during Christmas break 23 Dec – 5 Jan 2015). 1-3 business days (with tracking).
- Regular Postage
- Parcel Post - $8.25. 1 to 10 business days (with tracking)
Please allow up to 1 week to pack your order during sale times.
Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing you order. Risk and title of the goods are assigned to you upon delivery.
Save money on postage costs when you purchase more than one item in any single transaction – it is free for domestic orders!
Please note any delivery instructions placed under "Special Instructions" field during checkout will be printed on your postage label, however cannot be guaranteed as this is at the discretion of the delivery service. We recommend shipping to an address where you will be available to receive the parcel in person. If you are not at your delivery address, Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox for pick-up at your local post office.
International Shipping Options for WEB ORDERS
To keep things simple we offer reasonably priced international flat rate shipping price - $20.00.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery to the EU.
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control nor can we predict these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery Failures
Wild Links will only make delivery to the address provided by you. Should an item be not delivered and is returned due to the address provided being incorrect, there will be an additional postage charge to resend the item. Should the error be due to incorrect addressing by Wild Links we will, of course, resend at no additional charge.
Should an item not be delivered, please notify us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter through Australia Post. Australia Post can take up to ten business days to investigate non-deliveries within Australia and we are unable to take any further action until we have rectified the matter through that process.
